Babelfish was originally created by a software consultancy tired of spending too much time and money using overly-complex, decoupled or poorly integrated tools. The guiding principles of Babelfish are clear:

Although all of our products are modular and easily integrate with third-party tools via APIs, most subscribers choose the integrated PSA suite so they don’t have to worry about establishing and maintaining integrations with multiple third party applications … we take away the pain and leave our subscribers to focus on delighting their customers.

It automatically matches existing and potential consultants based on fine-grained powers, forecasts financial performance, reduces consultant admin, provides a customer portal and tracks KPIs.
